Na stronie BBC natknąłem się na następującą wzmiankę:
A high-performance Golf… hybrid?
Volkswagen previewed the Golf GTE, a plug-in hybrid engineered for speed as well as efficiency, ahead of its formal global debut on 3 March at the 2014 Geneva motor show. The GTE combines a turbocharged 148-horsepower 2-litre gasoline engine with a 101hp electric motor, for a combined system output of 201hp. With a maximum purely electric driving range of 31 miles, the hybrid sprints from zero to 62mph in 7.6 seconds and can travel at speeds up to 81mph under purely electric power, Volkswagen claims. The brand has yet to announce pricing or regional availability for the GTE.
Co o tym sądzicie? Chyba całkiem ciekawy pomysł, tylko jak się będzie kształtowała masa takiego auta i prowadzenie w stosunku do zwykłego GTI:)?
